Nar Phu valley trek was opened to tourists only in 2003 AD, which takes you to the remote part of Nepal densely populated by Nepalese Tibetans who depend on livestock. Trekking to this exotic land offers medieval Tibetan culture which is unspoiled, breathtaking mountains view, and great alpine sceneries. Nar Phu valley treks start from Syange following the world-popular trekking routes Annapurna Circuits trail and branch off from Koto to follow the off-beaten track to Nar Phu valley in the north of Manang and pass the Kang La pass with a magnificent panorama of Annapurna massifs. The Kang La pass links Nar with Manang and 3 other Bhotia villages in the Neyshang valley. Especially Nar Phu Valley Trek is popular as a nontouristic destination and rich in typical cultural heritage. Traditional lifestyle and incredible nomad landscape reward one of the best exploration journeys in remote hidden mountain valleys.
 

Itinerary

Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel, and welcome Dinner. Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. You will have time to freshen up and relax before joining us for a welcome dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant. During the dinner, you will have the opportunity to meet your trekking guide and team members and ask any questions about the upcoming Nar Phu Valley trek.

On this day, you will embark on a full-day guided tour of the Kathmandu Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the cultural heart of Nepal. You will explore the major historical and cultural landmarks of the valley, accompanied by an experienced guide who will provide insightful commentary and background information.
